The TB-83 Plus delivers searing clarity, focused midrange bite, and the unmistakable harmonic “snap” that shaped the sound of countless British rock records. As an unbuffered design, it demands direct connection to guitar pickups to function correctly — making it one of the most dynamic, but also most difficult-to-profile pedals in existence.
Captured Using Neutron Inductor Technology
This pack was captured using our Neutron Inductor, a precision-engineered front-end designed to replicate the electrical load of real guitar pickups.
Unlike standard reamping techniques, which fail to reproduce the nuanced interaction between pickups and vintage pedals, the Neutron Inductor recreates this behavior exactly — allowing us to capture pedals once considered unprofilable.
In the case of the TB-83 Plus, that means true pickup-driven saturation, perfect midrange voicing, and dynamic response you can feel.
Included Profiles
Each profile in this pack uses the following format:
NC-DRV-83TB-NDX-[LOW/MID/HIGH]
Where:
LOW / MID / HIGH = The input gain level into the booster circuit
HIGH = The default tone of the TB-83 as used by top players
This range allows users to go beyond simple treble boost and explore how the pedal behaves across various input levels.
Built for the Neutron Core Modular System
These profiles are designed for seamless integration with the Neutron Core ecosystem. Pair with your favorite Core Series amps, PowerPack modules, and Quantum Speaker profiles for a complete modular signal chain that sounds and feels like the real thing — every time.

Reviews
THIS is the FIRST time ANYONE has managed to do a proper profile of a treble booster like this. They have been seen as impossible to capture, and believe me, I have tried to do just that myself. But hey, try THIS into the normal channel of the Neutron AC30! Instant Brian May! And you can use it with other amps too, with great results. In the Neutron Plexi pack, there are some dark profiles in the universal folder I used thid with. And it was ACE, and a great alternative to using a fuzz.
