I was looking for a Tube Driver model to find out whether it is possible to come close to Eric Johnson's lead tone. Virtually connecting this model to a modeled Plexi actually brought me very close (see attached video).
I have no real Tube Driver for comparison but I own a Buffalo TD-X clone which is a transistor based clone of the Tube Driver. My TD-X and this model sound very similar. So, in a nutshell, I can highly recommend it for 5 bucks!
