One of the definitive '70s octave-fuzz voices — huge, thick, saturated fuzz with a switchable octave-up overtone that turns it from massive fuzz into something far more feral and vocal when you want it. What makes the Tone Machine special is its phase-splitting / rectifier-style octave generation, giving a more pronounced octave and smoother, thicker character than harsher octave-fuzz designs. A known weapon among players associated with classic, expressive fuzz tones — Frampton, Gibbons, and Belew are commonly cited examples.

Format: NC-DRV-FOXFUZZ-NDX2-[N/O]-XX-D**-T** — Sustain (D) at 0, 2, 5 or 10; Tone (T) at 0, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10. The D2 position covers the start of the drive zone for the non-linear gain curve.
